What Rapport is

Rapport is software that helps a business follow up on its own unpaid invoices. Rapport is not a collection agency, does not buy or own any debt, and does not contact anyone on its own behalf. Every message is sent in the name of the business that issued the invoice, and replies go to that business.

Your responsibilities

• Only add invoices your business issued, for amounts genuinely owed by other businesses.
• Rapport is for business-to-business invoices. Don't use it to collect consumer debts.
• Review messages before they are sent unless you've chosen autopilot. Final notices and demand letters always require your approval.
• Keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Messages and AI drafting

Rapport may use AI to draft messages and to read replies you paste in. Drafts can contain mistakes; you are responsible for what you approve and send.

Beta

During the private beta the service is provided as-is, may change, and may be unavailable at times. We'll give you notice before charging anything.

Ending

You can stop using Rapport at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
